Vijay Shah is the Promoter and Managing Director of our Company. He has been a Director of our Company since incorporation. He was designated as a Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. July 08, 2017 in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 08/07/2017. He has completed his Higher Secondary Education from Gujarat Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. He is the founder of our Company and plays pivotal role in business development, sales, administration and finance functions of our Company. He is entrusted with the responsibility of looking after the overall management and operations, planning and implementation of the strategies of our company.
Alpa Ben Shahis the Chief Financial Officer of our Company and also the Promoter of our Company. She holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University. She also holds a degree of M. Com from Gujarat University. She was original appointed on Board on February 09, 2010 and designated as Whole Time Director on July 08, 2017. She was re- designated as Chief Financial Officer on July 18, 2017.She is having experience of 7 years in our industry. Her in depth knowledge of jewellery industry has contributed immensely to the growth of our company.
MR. NIRAVBHAI ARVINDBHAI SHAHMr. Niravbhai Arvindbhai Shah, Non-Executive Independent Director, Age: 42 Years years is Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company He was appointed on the Board on July 05, 2017. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University. He is having 10 years’experiences in the field of Marketing, Management, Strategies and Administration.
MR. MANISH MAHENDRABHAI JAIN,Mr. Manish Mahendrabhai Jain,aged 32 years is Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He was originally appointed on the Board as Additional Non-Executive Independent on July 18, 2017 and further re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directoron the Board w.e.f. September 30, 2017. He holds a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.He has experience of 8 years as Practicing Chartered Accountant.

JUGALRAJENDRAKUMAR DAVE,Mr. Jugal Rajendrakumar Dave, aged 35 Years is Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company.He was originally appointed on the Board as Additional Non-Executive Independent on July 31, 2017 and further re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directoron the Board w.e.f. September 30, 2017. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan. He has experience of 7 years in management field.
